Lunch and Learn (Witness - The Series: Episode 4)

Relationships are an interesting balance of expectations. We know that it’s impossible to have a healthy, true, vibrant and long-term relationship with someone from whom you’re always trying to get something. But we also know that there is a communal give and take which makes the relationship possible. Unfortunately, in Jesus' time -- AND ours - the relationship with God was not better than the proverbial "jeannie in a bottle." Always trying to get something.
