If there is no condemnation… why are so many Christians still living defeated?

Romans 8 opens with a declaration that changes everything:

“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (8:1)

This isn’t behavior modification — it’s transformation. You’re not on probation; you’re fully pardoned.

And more than that… the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead now lives in you. (8:11)

You don’t have to try harder — you get to live differently. Not by effort, but by power.

The Christian life doesn’t start with effort — it starts with the Holy Spirit.
